Our principal service is our range of Suffolk Day Spa Experiences. These maximise the benefit of the beauty treatments by combining them with a visit to the Thermal Suite. The Spa Experiences consist of time slots of 2, 3 and 6 hours. You can then choose the relative proportion of treatment time and Thermal Suite time within each time slot. These vary from our basic “2 Hour Discover” package, which includes 2 hours in the Thermal Suite and any 30 minute treatment to the "Full Day Luxury" Spa Experience which has a drink on arrival, 6 hours in the Thermal Suite, a one course meal and 2 hours of treatments of your choice.
