Description
The Well is the largest and most comprehensive spa and bathhouse in the Nordic region, and with its 10,500 square metres, it is a wonderful paradise for adults, offering unique spa and bathing experiences, both indoors and outdoors.

It is a paradise to be experienced, with 11 different pools, 15 different saunas and steam rooms, more than 100 showers, waterfalls, a Japanese bathhouse with onsen hot springs, Oriental Hammam, rhassoul clay treatments, relaxation rooms, a restaurant, bars and much more. Our outdoor area features a large swimming pool, two whirlpools and a sauna built in a rustic style, nestled among rocky outcrops and pine trees. You can book various types of massages and treatments in one of our many lovely treatment rooms. The Well is focused on physical wellbeing, mental balance, effective treatments, socialising and good hygiene. You can visit us for a few hours to a full day.

How to reach us
Car
The Well is just off the E6 at Kolbotn, just outside Oslo. Whether you are approaching from the north or the south, you take exit 25. The Well is about a 3-minute drive from the E6. When you are driving southbound, follow the signs to Sofiemyr and Kolbotn at the first roundabout. Then, at the next roundabout, take the second exit. The Well will be on your left-hand side.
Bus
There is good public transport between Oslo and The Well (Granholtet bus stop). There is regular bus service 4 times an hour from both the City Hall and the Tollboden bus stop (Transfer to Oslo Central Station, the Airport Express Train and Jernbanetorget underground station). A one-way ticket with a transfer (Zone 2) costs NOK 50. If you have a monthly pass for Zone 1, there is an additional charge of NOK 20 (incl. transfer). Use Ruter’s trip planner at https://ruter.no
Airplane
Oslo Airport, Gardermoen Take the Airport Express train or an NSB train to Oslo Central Station. Stroll over to the Tollboden bus stop (3 minutes). You can either take Bus 81A – Greverud Kirke via Tårnåsen to Granholtet / The Well or Bus 83 Tårnåsen via Mastemyr to Granholtet / The Well. Check the timetable here. Sandefjord Airport, Torp Take the free shuttle bus to Torp Station. From here, you take the R11 train (towards Eidsvoll) to Oslo Central Station. Stroll over to the Tollboden bus stop (3 minutes). You can either take Bus 81A – Greverud Kirke via Tårnåsen to Granholtet / The Well or Bus 83 Tårnåsen via Mastemyr to Granholtet / The Well. Check the timetable here.
