Hoshinoya Taketomi Island
HOSHINOYA Taketomi Island is the island's fourth village, with paths paved with white coral sands. On first view, the guest pavilions appear to be exactly like the white houses with red-tiled roofs that are ubiquitous on Taketomi, but these are furnished with contemporary comforts. Traditional stone walls known as gukku surround each pavilion, providing authenticity as well as privacy.
